About the role
As the Creator Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing our Creator Community, with a primary focus on TikTok and secondary on YouTube and Instagram.
You will be the main administrator and super user of our Creator Community and Affiliate platform, which will be used for identifying, recruiting, tracking, rewarding, and engaging brand creators.
The role includes both managing nano and micro influencers at scale via campaigns and activities, as well as creating close relationships with the larger creators who generate the most sales for the brand. The goal is to convert as many creators as possible from nano/micro to macro creators.
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Creator Management, who is highly efficient in managing tasks and can execute campaigns and content in a timely manner.
You will work closely with our entire marketing team, including our CMO, COO, designer, internal & external creators, customer support, product development manager, etc.
Responsibilities
- Own and run our creator management platform
- Plan creator content creation according to marketing plan, trends, customer feedback, product performance, etc.
- Define ideal creator/TikTok Shop affiliate profiles to target with outreach
- Perform research and generate lists of new creators to reach out to
- Lead creator outreach strategy, and execute efficient creator recruitment both directly and through our Creator Outreach Coordinator
- Foster strong relationships with key brand creators & with TikTok Corporate office team (both merchant team and marketing/creator-marketing team)
- Collaborate closely with our co-founder (Sarah Cheung) to ideate and craft compelling social media content that resonates with our audience.
- Plan activations and campaigns that include creators
- Create briefs for various campaigns (sales, launches, retail, events, etc)
- Recruit creators and manage content plan for brand account posts
- Monitor and identify new trends and viral moments for creators to use in posts
- Monitor customer feedback to identify new content ideas
- Attend marketing meetings and contribute with new ideas for campaigns and content
- Attend weekly product development & branding meetings and contribute with ideas based on what’s working with creators (specifically on TikTok)
- Manage creator and content agencies efficiently
- Collaborate closely with CMO, COO, in-house Creators, Outreach manager, Customer Support, Creative Director, etc.
- Create monthly reports on Outreach, Seeding, Videos posted, Reach, Views, Top content, Followers, Revenue, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, Master’s degree in a related field a plus.
- 2-5 years experience in influencer and/or creator marketing
- 1-2 years experience in the Beauty/Cosmetics industry
- Experience with tools such as Tribe, Social Ladder and/or other influencer management tools preferred
- Experience with TikTok Shop preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Strong in Google Business Suite, Slack, Asana, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and being able to report results in a clear and concise way

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
