Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our company. The Vice President, Partner Services will provide professional and courteous assistance, guidance and leadership to the Partner Services Team: Account Executives, Account Managers and Support Specialists. The Vice President, Partner Services shall oversee and ensure that Account Executives are providing proactive consultation and collaboration with other departments to ensure client’s needs and expectations are met timely and with complete and correct information.
This position will ensure that Account Executives and Account Managers are receiving complete and correct material from the Partner Service Support Specialists and other departments to provide to new group and existing clients.
This position will oversee Partner Service Meetings, creation, implementation and modifications of Partner Service Procedures and Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Executives, Account Managers and Support Specialist with ongoing administration services their clients have contracted with Benefit Management, LLC to provide.
- Assists Account Executives and Account Managers with resolution of client or brokers questions or issues.
- Coordinate between all members of the Partner Service Team and other departments in their efforts to meet client expectations.
- Ensure internal and remote Partner Services Staff have equipment and material needed to perform job functions effectively and efficiently.
- Encourage, and if necessary, enforce company policies and make decisions to take any necessary steps for corrective actions.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to drive or travel with Account Executives to meetings with Client and Brokers, if requested. Ability to stay overnight if necessary or travel for multiple days.
- Provide updates to the Management Team on projects and procedures the Partner Service Team is planning, has in process, or has completed.
- Cooperatively work with the Partner Service Team and other departments to complete tasks and serve our Clients and Brokers.
- Multiple day time off requests during the 4th calendar quarter may be denied due to the renewal workload requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least three years' experience working in the areas of Partner Service Management, Account Management, TPA or Group Health environment.
- Computer software proficiency in the following: Standard office Software including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft, PowerPoint
- Licenses or Certifications: Kansas Life and Health License, preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone skills.
- Self-Starter
- Able to work independently on projects without supervision. Follow established policies and procedures.
- Organize and implement policies and procedures.
- Good judgement of character and qualifications when recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retaining quality employees.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $104,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
