Position: Service Cashier/Receptionist
About the Role:
Join our team as a Service Cashier/Receptionist, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers. In this hybrid role, you'll handle cashiering duties with precision while also managing front desk responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with care, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Customer Service: Greet clients with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude as they enter our establishment. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and offerings.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, ensuring availability and accuracy in scheduling. Coordinate with staff to accommodate client preferences and ensure timely service.
- Check-in/Check-out: Handle the check-in and check-out process smoothly and efficiently, processing payments accurately and providing assistance with any inquiries or requests.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Requirements:
