Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication abilities.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A quick problem-solver who can adapt to changing situations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain quotes, product information, and lead times.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address inquiries or issues promptly.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on delivered items to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and design requirements.
- Document any discrepancies or issues and coordinate resolution with vendors.
- Organize storage and maintain equipment inventory.
- Swiftly address and resolve operational issues to minimize project disruptions.
