The Hard Work
Selling beer is a fun business that requires a lot of hard work on a consistent basis, you will be required to get in market when customers want to be seen, some early in the day, some late. The bottom line is spending the time to meet the needs of a wide range of customers and not quitting until you have met or exceeded your targets.
Primary Responsibilities
To succeed in this job, you must:
· Get face to face with 12 to 15 beer buyers a day
· Email, telephone, or text an additional 12 to 15 beer buyers a day
· Expand your accounts by helping your customers succeed
· Work with sales manager to develop daily call plans
· Develop a plan with sales manager to achieve goals
Your Sales Territory
Each of our sales representatives have an assigned territory where they are responsible for all sales inside that territory. Our territories are inside loop 610, North, South, East and West, we have learned that sales reps that live within their territories have the most success, so this is preferred but exceptions may be considered.
Education and Qualifications Your Sales Territory
· High School or GED required.
· Working knowledge of email, and basic Microsoft Office
· Working car and good driving record
Preferred
· Sales experience , in B2B and B2C sales, craft beer sales experience is preferred but your overall ability to sell is most important.
· CPG sales experience

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
