Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. The Human Resources department plays a critical role in supporting our organization by managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to provide guidance and recommendations to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working in Human Resources roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
