Qualifications:

Familiarity with Windows-based computer operating systems and software.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory transaction process.

Experience or equivalent understanding of bills of material and the production order process.

Ability to multi-task and keep pace in a dynamic environment;

Ability to communicate and interact well with others.

Ability to recognize and report new issues, using advanced problem-solving skills.
Daily Responsibilities:

Using software systems and templates provided – enter, modify, confirm and adjust all production orders flowing through the manufacturing department. Process involves interaction and data gathering from manufacturing department personnel.

Help maintain databases of department inventory, including item characteristics, bin locations and system warehouse segregation.

Control and monitor all inventory quantities of the manufacturing department, including raw materials (unfinished tools and raw steel), manufactured components (adapters), finished goods, and work-in-process. Requirement includes entering all transactions timely and accurately and making periodic cycle counts.

Ensure accuracy of all department counts and locations in advance of, and during, annual physical inventory.

Other relevant duties as may be determined from time to time.
