You must be caring, patient, willing and able to provide quality, compassionate care for our clients and their pets so that they are safe and comfortable.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Collect and update patient information in the system
- Assist with filing and organizing medical records
- Provide general administrative support to the veterinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred but not required
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
- You must be willing to work as a team player.
- You must be reliable and on time for work.
- You must be legal to work in the US.
