Primary Responsibilities:
Owner-Operators are hands-on daily in the business. Tasks can include:
- Visiting customer’s homes, measuring for utilities, and closing the sale
- Building estimates and proposals
- Accepting deposits and collecting stage payments
- Assisting the customer with financing (if needed)
- Leading the general contractors to finish jobs quickly and efficiently
- Managing the CRM for job progress and status
Semi-Absentee Owners will hire a strong Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. Tasks can include:
- Overseeing the Project Manager
- Hiring staff to work under the Project Manager
- Accounting
- Reviewing metrics
- Scaling the business
Primary Requirements:
- Minimum liquidity and net worth as determined by the franchise system.
- Experience in managing teams, business operations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong desire to build their own successful business.
