Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to work remotely. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who need flexible work hours, including stay-at-home moms and those who prefer to work from home. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and support our staff in delivering high-quality construction and handyman services. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with clients virtually, handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Manage customer queries and ensure excellent service standards.
- Send invoices and follow up on payments.
- Vet potential clients and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare and send estimates and quotes to clients.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating virtual appointments and meetings.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including handling social media accounts and promotional materials.
- Ensure that digital operations are functioning properly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
- High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with scheduling and invoice software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
