Overview:
CMH Label Group in Los Angeles (Silver Lake district) seeks a part time temporary employee to work in the mailroom-stockroom-warehouse. The ideal candidate is organized, pays close attention to detail and can do some heavy lifting.
Responsibilities:
· Receive merchandise: verifying quality, quantities and allocating items to its designated area
· Fulfill orders: following packing and shipping procedures, gift wrapping orders as needed
· Process returns according to procedure
· Maintain accurate inventory: assisting with inventory counts and verification of stock
· Work closely with the production team to ensure quantities on hand will meet demand
· Organize warehouse: restructuring the current set up to maximize efficiency while maintaining a safe and clean environment
· Assist with the post office run and in office mail distribution
· Run company errands as needed
Qualifications:
· Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Word and Outlook
· Good spelling, grammar and typing skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong communication skills
· Must have a car and a valid driver’s license
