Overview:
As the Area Operations Leader, you will be critical in developing and growing our existing and new markets. With a focus on leadership, and vision, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafes, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences for existing and new markets. This position must have outstanding communication skills, both in verbal and written forms, to develop strong relationships and implement effective solutions. Must be highly organized and manage multiple priorities, with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Must haves:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a multi-location setting.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to think creatively and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, including motivating and inspiring a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated financial understanding and experience in managing budgets and cost control.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
Successful candidates will have experience opening up a new restaurant. Some other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Train, coach and develop General Managers and Operations Managers, through timely performance and observation feedback and evaluations.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of cafe managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve operational goals.
- Maintains high product quality standards, consistency, and presentation across all cafes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, maximize profitability, and expand into new markets.
