We are looking for a Benefits Administrator to join our growing team!
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all group benefits programs (health, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits). This role will provide excellent customer service to internal customers and serves as a liaison between the employee and the benefits plan provider.
The benefits administrator monitors and maintains employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, and changes.
Employee Communication and Support:·
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding utilization of benefits and disease management programs to initate efforts to mitigate costs and improve outcomes
Manage network partnerships and pharmacy benefits managers, as needed
Act as liaison between employees and benefit carriers/broker
Communicate changes or updates to compensation and benefits programs effectively to employees.
Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and managers on benefits-related matters.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Collaborate with insurance brokers and benefit providers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Educate employees about their benefits packages and assist with inquiries or concerns.· Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 20 pounds.

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
· 5+ years of experience in healthcare benefits management, risk management, or related field.
· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
· Proficiency in data analysis and experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to mitigate risks and optimize benefit programs.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
