Duties:
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple locations within the designated market
- Ensure that each location is properly stocked with inventory and supplies
- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report preparation
- Basic math skills for inventory management and financial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
