Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Lakeside, CA, Location starting out as in a "Part Time" capacity:
Approx 20 hours per week
Monday - Friday daytime hours
Up to $25.00/hr starting pay
The Administrative Assistant will also be the first point of contact, at the front desk and greet all guests, clients, vendors, employees, and visitors. Manage and perform all administrative tasks, i.e., answer calls, greet visitors, file, update the org charts and phone directories, mail distribution, submit work orders, order supplies, and business cards, and accept packages.
Essential Functions
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to, extensive scheduling and calendaring meetings; domestic and international travel, and composing and preparing correspondence and presentations.
- Be organized and detail-oriented. Maintain ongoing reports, update, and organize shared drives/files as needed to support finance activities
- Assist in planning and coordination, of team events
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the C-Level Executives
- Partner closely with other EAs to coordinate executive staff schedules
- Support projects, assignments, or other related duties as needed
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
- 2+ years experience in a front-office role and experience preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment strongly preferred
- Strong team-first mindset, proactive, exhibits discretion, positivity, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment
- Not easily flustered, operates well under stress
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality & discretion, exhibit professionalism at all times
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Working Environment:
There are no special physical requirements for this position.
