About the Role
The Marina Office Manager acts as the liaison between the marina, accounting, and operations teams. This member-facing role provides critical onsite support and ensures accurate financial reporting at each location. The role ensures compliance with all PORT 32 policies and safety measures. The Marina Office Manager supports the General Manager on site as well as the Corporate Controller. This role is responsible for organizing all Revenue and Accounts Payable data and ensuring timely and accurate entries. The Marina Office Manager provides a high level of customer service and supports the member experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the General Manager specifically with financial records, leases, accounts payable, health & safety, onboarding and offboarding
- Provide a high level of member and guest service and optimize the overall member experience.
- Responsible for documenting member transactions including payments, charges, and new contracts.
- Prepare yearly, seasonal, and monthly renewal boat storage contracts.
- Maintain contract files with current insurance and registration/certification information.
- Prepare monthly billing statements and invoices.
- Manage weekly A/P process and manage A/R past due payment reminders and collection.
- Process monthly credit card and ACH Payments.
- Greet visitors and vendors and project a positive image for the company.
- Act as a liaison between the marina and the vendor.
- Assisting the GM in preparing weekly meetings, event planning, and ad hoc projects.
- Act as backup for POS support.
- Assist in the interview, hiring, and onboarding process of new employees.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
