As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, webchats, text messages, and web leads from current and prospective patients. Your role will involve providing them with comprehensive information about our services, scheduling appointments, and addressing any inquiries they may have. As our support center’s first point of contact, your role will be essential in guiding patients through their decision-making process regarding their eye care needs. Strong customer relations management and follow-up skills are essential for excelling in this position.
We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses the necessary skills and qualifications but also embodies a cheerful and positive tone in their work. The ideal candidate will bring contagious enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to our team. Previous experience in customer care is required, with preference given to those with front desk experience in medical practice. We value candidates who can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, multitask effectively, stay organized, and maintain self-motivation.

Starting at: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

- Experience in providing exceptional customer care in a medical office setting

- Accurately collect and record important patient demographics during the scheduling process
- Communicate necessary information to patients regarding their appointments
